Precision Plus vanes for Ulvac vacuum pumps are made from our proven high strength GX polymer like that used by many of today’s OEM pump manufacturers. This provides a durable vane that is both thermally stable and corrosion resistant for most vacuum pump applications. 

The Precision Plus range of replacement parts covers direct drive and belt drive oil-sealed Ulvac vacuum pump models including D 330, 650 & 950 K & DK, VD 301 & 401 and VS 1501 & 2401.

Besides repair kits and individual parts, Precision Plus also supplies vacuum pump fluids and oils engineered specifically for use in Ulvac vacuum pumps.
