Precision Plus offers high quality repair kits and spare parts covers direct drive oil-sealed vacuum pump models including  DS 102, 202, 302, 402 & 602, SD 90, 91, 200, 450, 700 & 1400, CD 200, 300, 700 & 1400. Repair kits are available for Varian-Agilent Tri-Scroll models SH 100/110, TS 300 & TS 600 and DS Scroll models 300 & 600. 

Precision Plus vanes for Varian-Agilent vacuum pumps are made from our proven high strength GX polymer similar to that used by many of today’s OEM pump manufacturers. This provides a durable, long-lasting vane that is both thermally stable and corrosion resistant for most vacuum pump applications. In addition to both minor and major repair kits Precision Plus also offers a selection of precision machined rotors and stators for many Varian-Agilent pump models including shafts for Tri-Scroll pumps.

Besides repair kits and individual parts, Precision Plus also supplies vacuum pump fluids and oils designed specifically for use in Varian-Agilent vacuum pumps.
